Inspired by his love of the music of The War of the Worlds, British mirror artist Phillip Orr has created this original hand-painted glass artwork as his personal interpretation of the classic.

Designed and handcrafted at Mirror Mania’s Norfolk workshop, this piece brings together Phillip’s artistic imagination and his passion for working with glass. He uses reverse glass painting, also known as verre églomisé, applying layers of paint to the back of the glass so that the finished image is viewed through its surface. This creates a striking sense of depth, with rich colours and a luminous finish.

When the courier delivers your mirror, please check the mirror for damage whilst the courier is there and, in the unfortunate event that the mirror has been damaged in transit, please complete the paperwork making note of this and send an email to us, or telephone on 01493 304331, the same day to [email protected] advising us of the damage.
