Purchasing from Us…….

To make purchasing from us as easy as possible, you can either call our Customer Services team directly or place the order on the website.

When placing an order over the telephone, we will ask where the product is delivered to, as well as taking contact details and the payment.  You will then be advised of a delivery time frame and the order details will be confirmed in an email to you.

When placing an order on the website, once the order process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will also advise delivery time frame and confirm any special comments made. (Please see our delivery guide for current estimated delivery times.)

Should you require us to make an alternative sized mirror, design a new mirror or decorative stained glass product you will need to contact our Customer Services team directly.

Our team will then discuss with you your requirements and if required, speak with our designer directly.

If we are designing a mirror or piece of glass work that requires artwork to be prepared, an initial deposit will be required. This deposit will vary depending on the complexity of the work and will be deducted from the final cost of the mirror. Please note that all artwork prepared by Mirror Mania remains the property of Mirror Mania.

A quotation will then be sent to you via email – this quotation is valid for 14 days. Once you have the quotation, and decide to proceed with your bespoke order, you will need to send us an email to confirm your order as no work will be completed until we have your written approval.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming the order and finalising the payment.

Please be aware that the colours shown on our website may differ when looking at them on your computer screen. If you have any concerns please ensure that you contact us for either a sample of the colour or send us a colour that you wish us to match.

With the use of handmade glass, these colours and textures may vary from the images shown as no two pieces of glass will be exactly the same.

When ordering a bespoke size of glass or mirror, please be aware that as we handmake the mirrors,  the size may vary plus or minus 3mm.

Completion of your commission will depend on the complexity of the work and will be advised on your quotation. We will contact you once the piece has been finished to organise a time for delivery.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your order for a bespoke item(s) prior to delivery, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will depend on how much work has already taken place to fulfil the order.

Once the bespoke order has been completed and you have been advised that it is ready for delivery, unless agreed at the time of ordering, the mirror must be delivered within 30 days. If this does not happen, a daily storage fee will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your order for a bespoke item(s) that has already been completed, a refund will not be offered.
