Once you place your order you will be given an expected completion date. All the prices quoted on the website include (except where indicated) delivery by Standard Delivery to mainland Britain, excluding Scottish Highlands, however, we are happy to deliver to any location. Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery is generally 4 to 6 weeks for hand-made mirrors and 2 to 4 weeks for other mirrors, however, this may occassionally vary. Bespoke items may take longer. If you would like a definite delivery time before ordering, please contact us and we will be able let you know.
Once your mirror is ready for delivery, we will contact you via email to organise a convenient delivery day. Once we have organised a delivery date with you, your mirror will be delivered as per our Standard Delivery service, described below, unless you request otherwise. Please note that if you are not available to receive the delivery on the date organised, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the collection/return/redelivery of the mirror.
We take every care to ensure that our mirrors arrive with you in one piece by carefully hand packing them with tailor-made packaging materials.
If your mirror is delivered in a crate, you will need a Philips head screw-driver.
Please keep all of the packing materials until you are happy that the mirror has arrived in perfect condition as the materials may be needed to return the mirror to us.
All of our mirrors are delivered by well-established and reliable courier services. The Standard Delivery service is included in the mirror prices shown on the website (unless otherwise indicated). Should you wish a Premium Service, please let us know.
With regard to the delivery of larger mirrors, or mirrors that need to be delivered to a location other than the ground floor, it may be necessary for you to provide assitance to the courier in the unloading of the mirror. Should this not be possible, please advise us in advance so that we can provide you with a quote for an additional person to be available to assist in the carrying of the mirror into/out of your home.

Please note that in the event that the mirror is delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, snow, road accidents, etc., we will organise another delivery time as close as possible to the original delivery date.
When the courier delivers your mirror, there is no need to check the mirror for damage whilst the courier is there, unless the courier requests that you do so. Please just sign for the mirror noting that it has been received 'unchecked'. However, please ensure that you check that there is no damage to the mirror on the day of delivery.
