Once your mirror is finished, we will contact you via email to organise a convenient day for delivery.
Once we have agreed a delivery date with you, your mirror will be packed into a hand-made timber crate to ensure its safe delivery. It will then be delivered by a well-established and reliable courier company.
When the courier delivers your mirror, you do not need to check it whilst the courier is there as the crate takes a while to open. Just sign the paperwork as 'unchecked'.
We ask that you do check your mirror on the day of delivery to ensure it has arrived safely. If, in the unfortunate event the mirror is damaged in transit, we ask that you either email us or telephone us to let us know.
