It can be tough to find the perfect finishing touches to your interior design project,
especially when you want something that's different from your neighbours and friends!

All of our mirrors are designed by our own in-house designer.
They are all crafted in the company's workshop, using special patented glass and mirror techniques
to make outstanding flat and 3D mirrors and glass products.

All the mirrors in our range can be tailored to indivdual requirements.
We offer a computer-generated artwork service. This will give you the opportunity to see the finished piece before work has started, and make any changes if needed.
     The end result is that you will have a mirror that is completly unique to you!

Guidelines for Bespoke Mirrors

Should you wish to change the lead finish, there is no additional cost. However, should you wish to change the colour, size or modify a design, there may be an additional cost.

Should you require us to design a mirror for you, which requires artwork for your approval, an initial deposit will be required. This deposit will vary depending on the complexity of the work and will be deducted from the final cost of the mirror.

A quotation will then be sent to you via email - this quotation is valid for 30 days. Once you have the quotation, and decide to proceed with your bespoke order, you will need to send us an email to confirm your order.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you. Payment can be made either by debit/credit card, bank transfer or personal cheque.

Please be aware that the colours shown on our website may differ when looking at them on your computer screen. If you have any concerns please ensure that you contact us for either a sample of the colour or send us a colour that you wish us to match.

With the use of handmade glass, these colours and textures may vary from the images shown as no two pieces of glass will be exactly the same.

Delivery of your commission will depend on the complexity of the work and will be advised on your quotation. We will contact you once the piece has been finished to organise a convenient time for delivery.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your order for a bespoke item(s) prior to delivery, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will depend on how much work has already taken place to fulfil the order.

Once the bespoke mirror has been completed and you have been advised that it is ready for delivery, unless agreed at the time of ordering, the mirror must be delivered within 30 days. If this does not happen, a daily storage fee will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your order for a bespoke item(s) that has already been completed, a refund will not be offered.
